Adopt electric-controlled closed-loop system and special natural gas mixer to improve charging efficiency, with precise control of burning process to realize stable operation of lean bum and gas consumption is lower;

Adopt four-valve technology, with high inlet and exhaust efficiency;

The main parts are universal for 6DL diesel engine, spark plug and ignition coil have long service life and maintenance cost is low;

Optional tail-gas heating functions reduce heating costs.


Reliable:

Use inter Euro first-class brand products for the key spare parts such as gas burning system, ignition coil, spark plug, piston, piston ring, crank, bearing bush and high strength bolt;

Adopt the inter Euro mainstream electric-controlled natural gas system, with mature technology.


Powerful:

Adopt supercharged inter cooling technology, with large power and large torque at low speed.


Comfortable:

Adopt Holland LMS vibration test system to make vibration optimization on the whole set, providing NVH support optimization for forming a complete  set, with small  vibration and low noise;

Low explosion pressure, soft running and low noise;

Adopt helical gear transmission to improve transmission stability and reduce mechanical noise;

Adopt ladder frame to increase structure rigidity of the whole set and reduce vibration;

Precise dynamic calibration makes the whole vehicle smooth in shifting;

Optional cruise function, reduce driving strength.


Safe:

Optional engine brake and exhaust brake, large braking power, and it is safer for going downward along a slope with heavy load;


Environment-friendly:

Natural gas fuel properties fulfill low carbon and smoke-free emission;

Adopt electric-controlled closed-loop system + exhaust after treatment technology, four-valve technology and realize low HC, NO x emission.


Optimization of whole set:

Adopt Austria AVL vehicle power transmission system simulation software to calculate, analyze & compare, test and evaluate for the whole vehicle matching, and the whole vehicle has powerful matching and better economical efficiency;

There appearance layout is similar to 6DLdiesel engine, with good inheritance, adopting after treatment device with silencers.Gas system components have good integration, with convenient matching with whole vehicle.


Personal Design:

Optional two kinds of states of CNG and LNG;

Optional PTO device, to meet the need of special vehicle use;

Optional vehicle speed limits, deputy shutdown, CAN instrument and other functions.
